SORRY I HADN'T POSTED FOR SOO LONG!! :'(

Hey guys,

sorry that i haven't written anything in a long time. Its just that i am in ninth grade and apart from the studies and projects there is a lot going on in my mind... And that brings me to my new blog

Yes this is what made me busy. Seeing people hurt them selves- just couldn't take it... :'(

I hope you understand and forgive me .. Please?

Anyway will search for some great recipe for the blog to make up for this.... and hope you like this blog and do check my other blog and give  friends who ...... you understand.

And my other blogs were a huge FAIL!! so i just deleted them.. Yes they no more exist.

veggie sandwich

lots of veggies lef from yesterday nights dinner????don wanna throw???foods precious!!!reuse those veggies in a simple sandwich

you will need:-
1.bread(slices depends on you)
2.nights veggies
3.ketchup/mustard
4.butter
5.chilly flakes
6.chat masala/pani puri masala/or any masala you thin will taste good*

method
1.toast the bread using butter
2.spread a layer of tomato/mustard sauce
3.put the veggies....you don't have to heat those veggies
4.sprinkle chilly flakes.
5.layer another layer of sauce on the other slice and place on top
6.give the sandwich a light squeeze
7.then just put it on a heated pan for about 30 sec on each side
8.sprinkle masala on the top of the bread

that's it its done....ready!!!

*masala-indian spices.....I have mentioned how to make chat masala in one of my previous posts.

apple jam

OH NO!! JAM OVER!!WHAT TO GIVE FOR SNACKS??
SIMPLE!

YOU WIL NEED(makes 2-3 sandwiches)
-1 sweet apple
-bit of water
-a tspn of sugar(not compulsory)

METHOD
-peel the apple
-steam the apple
- squish the apple and pass through sieve
-add sugar and 1/4 cup of water and boil till the water evaporates....
-spread over toasted or buttered bread
done!!

if you don't want to add sugar then skip the 2nd last step


easy....I learnt this from my aunt she used to make this for my 2 year old brother...only without bread.

SIMPLE ICING FOR CAKES

THIS HAS A ORANGE FLAVOUR PLEASE THING ON WHICH CAKE U WOULD PUT WHAT

YOU WILL NEED
-sugar (about 1/2 a cup)
-orange juice(preferably) or water
-orange zest(little)
-little piece of lemon

METHOD
-mix the sugar with 1/4 cup of orange juice or 1/3 cup of water
-along with that mix the orange zest
-squeeze the juice out of the lemon
-drizzle over the sides of the cake
let to dry....crystals will form.
done!!simple isn't it?/
 

OREO PUDDING/ICE CREAM

BREIF TELLIN-IF U MANAGE TO FREEZE IT IN TIME THEN ICE CREAM ELSE LET IT BE RUNNY N CALL IT PUDDIN


YOU WILL NEED
-A CUP OF NUTELLA OR CHOCOLATE SAUCE(DEPENDING ON YOUR TASTE FOR CHOCOLATE)
-A MEDIUM CARTON OF VANILLA ICE CREAM
- VANILLA OREOS (15-20)
-A FEW OREOS OR SPRINKLERS TO DECORATE

METHOD
-FIRST DECREAM THE OREOS
-MIX THE CREAM WITH THE NUTELLA OR CHOCOLATE SAUCE
-CRUSH THE OREO BISCUITS(THE DECREAMED ONES)
-MIX THE ICE CREAM WITH THE CRUSHED OREOS
-MIX THE CREAM-NUTELLA MIX WITH THE ICE CREAM
-FREEZE FOR AN HOUR OR 2
-SERVE CHILL.TOP WIL EXTRA OREO OR SPRINKLER.

AND YOU'RE DONE

NOTE:YOU CAN EXPERIMENT WITH DIFFERENT OREO FLAVOURS.
I HAVE TRIED WITH CHOCOLATE, CHOCO-VANILLA TOO .THEY CAME NICE.

biscuit cake

you will need

1 packet rectangle shaped glucose plain biscuits
1/2 tbl spn cocoa pwd
1 cup milk
1/2 tbl spn sugar
choco spread/icing
plate
spoon/spreader
decorative items
vanilla ice cream

 

method

mix milk ,cocoa & sugar in a bowl*.dip the biscuits in the milk till some milk has soaked in but the biscuits are not too soggy as you must be able to hold them with your hand. place them on the  plate.
repeat the previous step for another 5 biscuits& spread a layer of choco spread/icing. repeat the previous 2 steps as many times on top of the previous layer till you get the desired thickness .
once got desired thickness, cover the whole cake with the icing. make sure it is smooth/evenly covered. decorate with decorative items and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. just before serving put a scoop of vanilla ice cream. your cake is ready 
 
*-you may have to put it in the microwave/stove to smoothly mix it .you should not have any lumps of cocoa pwd remaining. if you use the stove let the mix cool down for sometime
