biscuit cake

you will need

1 packet rectangle shaped glucose plain biscuits
1/2 tbl spn cocoa pwd
1 cup milk
1/2 tbl spn sugar
choco spread/icing
plate
spoon/spreader
decorative items
vanilla ice cream

 

method

mix milk ,cocoa & sugar in a bowl*.dip the biscuits in the milk till some milk has soaked in but the biscuits are not too soggy as you must be able to hold them with your hand. place them on the  plate.
repeat the previous step for another 5 biscuits& spread a layer of choco spread/icing. repeat the previous 2 steps as many times on top of the previous layer till you get the desired thickness .
once got desired thickness, cover the whole cake with the icing. make sure it is smooth/evenly covered. decorate with decorative items and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. just before serving put a scoop of vanilla ice cream. your cake is ready 
 
*-you may have to put it in the microwave/stove to smoothly mix it .you should not have any lumps of cocoa pwd remaining. if you use the stove let the mix cool down for sometime

choco-peanut butter squares

"an easy homemade version of the vfamous peanut butter cup candies"
original recipe yields:3 dozen

ingrdients:
1 1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups beanut butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

method:
melt 1 cup butter over low heat
renmove from heat and stir  in confectioners' sugar,peanut butter,and graham cracker crumbs.
spread mixture in a jelly roll pan.
pat down evenly

to make topping:
melt together 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup  chocolate hips
spread the mixture over peanut butter mixture.
refrigerate 1/2 hour.
