How to make tender coconut pudding( instant no cook dessert)

Ingredients:
2 cups tender coconut pulp
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup fresh milk
2 1/2 tspn gelatin
1/2 tspn rose water
Dates ,cashew and rose petals for garnishing
Cold water


Method
dissolve gelatin in cold water and blend with all ingredients,pourin a single dish or individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with chopped dates,cashews and rose petals.
